SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT POLICY

Orders will leave our facilities 5-7 business days after your order. If you have purchased a pre-order item (denoted in the product description) it will take 14 business days to leave the facilities. In certain situations, we have the item available to pre-order online while we await a supply coming from our production line. In this event, once we receive the item, we pull for these placed online orders FIRST, then put the remaining supply available in our boutique or for additional online orders.

Due to Covid-19, manufacturing supply chains are experiencing longer than normal delays. In addition, there has been an increased demand for both the products from our suppliers and in the number of USPS deliveries. Thus, our standard shipping times could unfortunately be delayed. We are working hard with our suppliers to turnaround orders as quickly as possible, as we too want your orders in your hands! We will process and send your order to you as soon as it is ready.
